She assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts, modification of the employment contract, all types of termination procedures, disciplinary law, working hours, unfitness for work, staff representation, collective bargaining, international mobility and compensation policies.
Lauriane Cenedese has gained recognized experience in assisting employers with pre-litigation strategies and offers efficient and operational solutions to the challenge of ensuring the proper application of labor law within the company.
She has considerable litigation experience before all courts and has great command of procedural and litigation rules.
Lauriane Cenedese also assists clients in the highly regulated sector of rail transport and sustainable mobility, including with operating and project financing agreements, as well as with complex disputes, expert investigations and procedures relating to contractual disputes.
This dual expertise in labor law and transport law has led her to work on very specialized subjects, in particular problems relating to the transfer of personnel in both the public and private sector.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Lauriane Cenedese was sworn in at the Paris Bar in 2004. She is a graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (DEA/Master’s in labor law).
